Single lessons Single lessons involve 1 hour of driving instruction behind the wheel from day 1. Complete beginners will be taken to a quiet area, such as a trading estate, for instruction in the introduction to controls of your vehicle plus some practise in moving away, stopping, changing gears, steering and clutch control. For those with more experience the lesson will be tailored to suit your skills. Price of a single lesson: £22.00 ******************** Block bookings Block bookings are available at a discount when paying for 5 lessons or more. Lessons are flexible and can be taken once, twice, three or more times per week, depending on availability. The duration of each lesson is 1 hour. Price per block booking of 5 lessons: £105 ******************** 1 Day intensive introductory course The 1 day intensive introductory course is ideal for beginners who want to learn the basics of driving quickly. This involves introduction to controls, moving away and stopping safely, clutch control, steering correctly, gear changing, negotiating junctions, correct use of mirrors, road procedure, negotiating roundabouts, hill starts, emergency stops, traffic lights, signs and road markings, hazard awareness and more. Total duration of course: 5 hours (2hrs 30mins morning followed by a break then 2hrs 30mins afternoon) Price of 1 Day intensive introductory course: £99 ******************** 5 and 7 Day intensive courses The intensive course is designed to bring pupils near to, or up to test standard so that they may apply for their driving test, once they have passed the theory and hazard awareness test. Price of 5-day intensive course at 2 hours per day: £210.00 Price of 7-day intensive course at 2 hours per day: £294.00 ******************** Refresher course If you have passed the driving test, or even if you’re still a learner, but haven’t driven for some time and lack confidence in your ability, why not take a refresher course? The course can include motorway driving if required, if the pupil holds a full driving license.
